Who We Are

Telos Ops LLC provides operations support, automation, websites, and content tools for businesses. The Content Calendar module allows Telos Ops admins to connect approved client Facebook Pages and schedule posts on the client's behalf.

Information We Collect

When a Facebook Page is connected to Telos Ops Content Calendar, we may store the information needed to operate the service, including:

  • Client business name, portal user contact details, and account settings.
  • Connected Facebook Page ID, Page name, connection status, and permission status.
  • Encrypted Facebook Page access tokens needed to publish scheduled content.
  • Scheduled post text, image prompts, generated images, publishing status, and publish history.
  • Basic security, audit, and error records used to protect and support the service.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to provide and support the Content Calendar service, including:

  • Connecting authorized Facebook Pages.
  • Generating, scheduling, reviewing, editing, and publishing content.
  • Sending preview and status notifications to approved users.
  • Monitoring connection health, publishing errors, and reconnect needs.
  • Keeping security and audit records for account protection and troubleshooting.

Sharing And Sale Of Data

Telos Ops does not sell Facebook data, client data, Page tokens, or Content Calendar data. We do not share this information with third parties except when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect our systems, or work with service providers that help operate the platform.

Security

Facebook Page access tokens are encrypted at rest and are not displayed back to users after they are saved. Access to connected Page data is limited to authorized Telos Ops admins and approved client portal users according to their account role.

Data Retention

We keep connection records, scheduled content, and publish history for as long as needed to provide the Content Calendar service, support clients, meet legal requirements, and maintain account security. A client may ask us to disconnect a Facebook Page and delete related Meta/Facebook connection data.

Your Choices

Clients can request that Telos Ops disconnect a Facebook Page, remove stored Page tokens, or delete related Content Calendar data by contacting billy@telosops.com. You may also revoke app access from your Facebook account or Business settings.
