Telos Booking is a scheduling application for authorized Telos Ops client businesses. It connects a selected business calendar so the business can coordinate availability, receive appointment requests, and keep its working calendar current.

Telos Booking is developed and operated independently by Telos Ops.

What Booking is for

Booking gives a Telos client business one reliable place to manage appointment requests and calendar availability. A customer can request an available time through the business's website, while the business reviews and manages those requests through its authenticated Telos workspace and connected calendar.

The application is not a public calendar browser and does not provide consumer calendar accounts. Access is limited to a client business and its authorized users after the Booking feature has been configured by Telos Ops.

An authorized business user connects an account and selects the calendar used for scheduling.

Coordinate availability

Existing timed events are used to avoid scheduling conflicts when customers request appointments.

Keep changes synchronized

Linked appointments can be created, moved, updated, or cancelled while Telos and the selected calendar stay aligned.

Who uses the application

Booking is designed for service businesses using a Telos-managed website and client portal. The business owner or another authorized representative connects the calendar account and decides which calendar the integration should use.

Website visitors do not connect a calendar account. They use the business's public booking form, and the connected business manages the resulting requests. Calendar authorization belongs only to the authorized business user operating the calendar.

Why Telos Booking asks for calendar access

View the calendar list: Booking displays calendar names and identifiers so the authorized user can select the correct business calendar.
View calendar events: Booking reads relevant event times and statuses from the selected calendar to identify unavailable time and synchronize changes.
Create and edit events: Booking creates and updates appointment-related events and reflects approved schedule changes in the selected calendar.
Maintain the connection: Offline access allows synchronization to continue after the user leaves the Telos portal. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked.

The calendar owner stays in control

The authorized user chooses the account and calendar to connect. Access can be revoked through the calendar provider's account settings, and the business can ask Telos Ops to disconnect the integration or delete stored connection data.

Telos Ops does not sell connected calendar data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Full details are available in the privacy policy below.
