Telos Booking

Terms of Service

These terms govern connected calendars and scheduling features provided through Telos Booking.

Effective and last updated: August 4, 2026

1. Acceptance And Related Agreements

By connecting a calendar account to Telos Booking, you agree to these Telos Booking Terms of Service. You represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for yourself and, when applicable, the client business you represent.

These terms supplement any master services agreement, statement of work, order, or other written agreement between Telos Ops and the client business. If these terms conflict with a separately signed agreement, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

2. The Integration

The integration connects an authorized business calendar to Telos Booking. Depending on the configured service, it may:

  • Show available calendars and connect one selected calendar.
  • Read relevant calendar events to determine unavailable time.
  • Create, update, color-code, or mark free events related to appointments, travel, or availability.
  • Reflect connected-calendar event moves and deletions in Telos Booking.
  • Maintain synchronization through provider change notifications and incremental updates.

Features may vary by client configuration. The Telos portal or the applicable statement of work describes the enabled scheduling workflow.

3. Calendar Authorization And Permissions

You choose whether to authorize the integration through Google's OAuth consent process. The integration requests read-only access to your calendar list and permission to view and edit calendar events. Telos Ops will use those permissions only to provide and support the calendar functionality described in these terms and our Telos Booking Privacy Policy.

You may revoke access through the calendar provider or request disconnection from Telos Ops. Revocation or disconnection may stop synchronization and may make related scheduling features unavailable.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Connect only an account and calendar you are authorized to use for the client business.
  • Choose a calendar appropriate for the appointment details the integration will place in it.
  • Manage calendar sharing permissions carefully, because people who can access the selected calendar may see synchronized event details.
  • Protect your calendar-provider and Telos credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
  • Keep booking and operational information accurate and use the integration lawfully.
  • Review schedule changes and synchronization warnings rather than relying on the integration as the sole source of urgent or safety-critical information.

You must not use the integration to interfere with third-party services, bypass access controls, distribute malware, violate another person's rights, or process information you are not authorized to access.

5. Calendar Changes And Appointment Records

Changes made in the connected calendar may update linked Telos records. For example, moving a linked event may update its scheduled time, and deleting a linked event may cancel the linked appointment according to the configured workflow. Manual changes can create conflicts or differences while synchronization is pending.

Users remain responsible for reviewing booking status, calendar details, conflicts, and customer communications. Connected calendar events are not a substitute for professional judgment, emergency communication, or compliance obligations.

6. Privacy And Data

Our Telos Booking Privacy Policy explains the calendar data we access, how it is used and shared, our security practices, retention, deletion, and user controls. By using the integration, you also remain responsible for the privacy notices, permissions, and lawful basis required for information your business places in Telos or a connected calendar.

You retain ownership of your calendar content and business records. Telos Ops retains ownership of its software, platform, system design, and related intellectual property, subject to any different terms in a signed client agreement.

7. Calendar Provider And Other Third-Party Services

Google Calendar and Google's OAuth service are provided by Google LLC and are governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies. Telos Ops does not control Google service availability, account restrictions, API changes, or data practices. Telos Ops is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.

The integration may also rely on hosting, security, backup, and communications providers used to operate Telos services.

8. Availability, Maintenance, And Support

We work to keep the integration reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Synchronization can be delayed or interrupted by internet failures, provider outages, expired authorization, quota limits, configuration changes, or maintenance. We may modify the integration to improve security, reliability, functionality, or compliance.

Support is available through the contact information below and any support process stated in the client's agreement with Telos Ops.

9. Suspension, Disconnection, And Termination

You may stop using the integration by revoking provider access or asking Telos Ops to disconnect it. We may suspend or disconnect access when needed to protect users or systems, address misuse or a security concern, comply with law or provider requirements, or when the related Telos service ends.

Disconnection does not automatically delete historical events already stored in the connected calendar. Data retention and deletion are addressed in our Telos Booking Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the integration is provided on an "as available" basis. Telos Ops does not warrant that provider services or synchronization will always be available, immediate, complete, or error-free. Applicable warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, service remedies, and indemnification obligations in a signed client agreement remain in effect and control over this section.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Governing Law

A signed client agreement controls governing law and venue. If no signed agreement applies, these terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any permitted legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Lee County, Florida.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may revise these terms when the integration, applicable requirements, or our services change. The updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Telos portal or directly to affected clients. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
