- Use an address on your own domain for customer conversations, quotes, and day-to-day work. Choose individual inboxes for your team or a dedicated mailbox such as enquiries@yourbusiness.example.
- 5 GB of storage each
- Each mailbox has its own 5 GB allowance for messages and attachments. The starting price is $5 per mailbox per month, so you can choose the number of inboxes your business needs.
- Webmail and email apps
- Read and send mail in your browser, or connect a compatible desktop or mobile email app using IMAP, POP, and SMTP. Your email address stays the same whichever way you access it.
- Spam and virus filtering
- Built-in filtering helps keep unwanted and unsafe messages out of your inbox. It is part of the email service, alongside the storage and mailbox access.

A website and a matching email address give customers a consistent way to find and contact your business. Email hosting can be added to a Telos Ops website project or arranged alongside other business services.
You can also keep your existing website. Email and website hosting are separate services; we check the domain settings needed for email without assuming your website needs to move.

Is email included in website hosting?
Email is optional. Website hosting starts at $25/month; email hosting starts at $5 per mailbox per month with 5 GB each. You can choose the services that fit your business.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. Tell us the domain you use and who manages its DNS settings. We check the configuration and access needed before connecting the email service.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Use browser-based webmail or a compatible email app on your phone, tablet, or computer. Mailbox connection settings are provided during setup.
What if I already have business email?
Tell us how many mailboxes you have and which email service you currently use. We can work through the setup and any migration needs before changing where new messages arrive. Do not send passwords in your initial inquiry.
