How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of Meta/Facebook data connected to the Telos Ops Content Calendar, email billy@telosops.com with the subject line:

Data Deletion Request - Telos Ops Content Calendar

What To Include

Please include enough information for us to find the correct account and Page:

  • Your name.
  • Your business or client name.
  • The Facebook Page name connected to Telos Ops.
  • The email address used for your Telos Ops portal account, if applicable.

What We Delete

After we verify the request, Telos Ops will delete or disconnect:

  • Stored Facebook Page access tokens.
  • Facebook Page connection records tied to the requested Page.
  • Unpublished scheduled content tied to the requested Page, when requested.
  • Related Meta/Facebook publishing data that is not required for security, legal, billing, or abuse-prevention records.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may keep limited records when required for security, legal compliance, billing history, audit integrity, or fraud and abuse prevention.

Remove Access From Facebook

You can also remove app access directly from Facebook by going to your Facebook account or Business settings, finding the connected Telos Ops Content Calendar app, and removing its access. Removing access from Facebook may stop future publishing immediately, but you should still email us if you want related records deleted from Telos Ops systems.
